• Live bidding : on the day of the auction (with registration and access donation).
• Online bidding: on the ArteGlobaL website from 7/10/25 (registration required) until the day of the in-person auction.
• Written bid : by filling out the attached document to download HERE , indicating your maximum bid and sending it by email 24 hours before 06/11/25 to admin@arteglobal.es.

Donations collected from both the owners of the works of art and the attendees through the entrance or the Zero Row are destined for the Effective Aid Foundation.

The donations will go specifically to the highly effective program that combats vitamin A deficiency in children in developing countries.

This program, implemented by Helen Keller International , distributes six-monthly doses of vitamin A to children aged six months to five years in at-risk areas. With an investment of less than €2 per year per child, it is estimated to reduce infant mortality from all causes by between 4% and 12%. Each donation has a direct and measurable impact on the lives of the most vulnerable.

All donations from both the owners of the works and those attending the auction with the payment of the entrance fee can be tax deductible in the IRPF and IS (see details below).

• The estimated starting price and description of the pieces have been made with information supplied by the artists, galleries or donor collectors and are considered reliable market prices.
• All pieces are sold in their current state and are subject to the conditions and restrictions stipulated by the donating artists, galleries, or collectors.
• ArteGlobaL reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the sale. Unless otherwise stated during the auction, lots will be presented in the same order as listed in the catalog.
• By participating in this auction, each bidder agrees that neither ArteGlobaL, nor the Effective Aid Foundation, nor any person involved in the organization or development of the auction, will be responsible for any incident related to the auctioned pieces or the services provided.
• ArteGlobaL and the Effective Aid Foundation are not responsible for the authenticity, quality or value of the auctioned works.
• Buyers will not be able to request refunds or exchanges from the artists, donors, or the Effective Aid Foundation.
• The intellectual property rights of the author or his heirs over the work will be respected in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property.
• The lots will be awarded to the highest bidder. In case of doubt regarding the winning bidder or the final price, ArteGlobaL will have the final say. Subsequent bids on the starting price will be made at the discretion of each buyer, without a fixed scale of increments.
• Buyers may also submit written bids via the ArteGlobaL website in the days leading up to the auction. In the event of identical written bids, the oldest bid will take precedence. Written bids also take precedence over bids placed during the auction.
• The artworks will be delivered to the buyers with their respective certificates of authenticity.

• All packaging and transport costs for the artwork will be borne by the buyer.
• After payment for the awarded work, we will provide you with contact information for the transport company in charge so that you can collect the work or request a quote for home delivery, as you prefer.

• The starting prices for the works do not include VAT. The final sale price, which will be reflected on the invoice, will be increased by the corresponding taxes according to current legislation.

• Payment for the lots must be made immediately upon the conclusion of the auction or before the shipment of the purchased works. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
