La Mercería Gallery: DimasIA

At La Mercería, DimasIA —the artistic collective of Diana + Álvaro— presents What do flies know about the scent of flowers?, an exhibition that starts from a deceptively simple question to talk about something much broader: how do we inhabit and relate to the world around us? The paintings have been exposed to the elements, allowing nature itself to intervene in them, in an experience that also includes an ephemeral and olfactory installation.

OSNOVA Galería: Kinetic Syntax

Kinetic Syntax brings together a collective exhibition curated by Ignacio Uriarte around a very suggestive idea: what happens when lines, signs, materials, and gestures begin to function almost like words? Painting, drawing, ceramics, textiles, and installation build a kind of visual syntax with works by Elena Alonso, Jaime Pitarch, and Yelena Popova, among others.

Sandra Mar presents May my desire serve me, an exhibition built from writing, affections, the body, and the need to preserve what inevitably fades. The artist works with ceramics, metal, fiberglass, and words; bringing her texts from notebook to clay or metal to occupy space in a very corporeal way.

Tuesday to Friday: Thomas Trum

Thomas Trum presents Parallel Figures, a new stage in his geometric research. The premise seems simple: the marker he uses can only move along parallel trajectories. However, it is precisely this restriction that opens up all possibilities, generating structures that appear to fold and acquire three-dimensional depth.

Shiras Gallery: Leticia Martínez and Mónica Jover

At Shiras, two exhibitions coexist that, from different perspectives, share a special focus on natural processes. Mónica Jover presents The Speed of a Tree, expanding painting through thread and fabric. For her part, Leticia Martínez presents Pollinatio, where silk and ceramics (worked with the Japanese Nerikomi technique) form a small ecosystem in constant transformation.
