Álvaro Borobio (Spain, 1984). Born in Madrid, he studied architecture and urban planning at the CEU San Pablo Polytechnic University. His practice combines painting and installation art and explores the relationships between humans, nature, and urban architecture.

His training is reflected in the spatial conception and structure of his compositions. He employs a vibrant and expressive color palette and fuses natural and architectural elements to create new visual realities through which he seeks to evoke emotions and stimulate reflection.

His exhibitions include "Metamorphosis Civitatis" at the Anabel Segura Cultural Center in Alcobendas, Estampa at IFEMA, and "Frecuencias" in Mexico City. In 2016, he founded the group Art Batallion Madrid, dedicated to promoting collaboration between art and architecture.
