Bosco Sodi (Mexico, 1970). Born and raised in Mexico City, he studied industrial design and later developed his painting practice as a self-taught artist. His work focuses on abstract painting and experimentation with materials.

His work is characterized by intense textures, monumental compositions, and the use of vibrant color palettes. He uses earth, pigments, and found objects to explore themes related to nature, spirituality, and the human experience.

His work has been exhibited at venues such as the Jumex Museum in Mexico City and the Monterrey Museum of Contemporary Art. In 2010, he received the Elías Canetti Award, and in 2013, the Jamex Award for Contemporary Art. His work is included in international public and private collections.
