José María Casanova Martínez-Pardo (Spain, 1956) is a sculptor whose practice focuses on creating monuments for public spaces and institutions.

His artistic production centers on monumental and commemorative sculpture for public and institutional settings. Notable works include "Monumento a la Constitución" (2001) in Pinto, "Monumento a Jaime I y Los Templarios" (2003) in Monzón, and "Retrato con los abuelos" (2005) in Torrelodones.

He has held solo exhibitions in Spanish cities including Madrid, Valencia, Lugo, and Valladolid, as well as in Hong Kong, China; Cologne, Germany; and Caracas, Venezuela. He has also participated in group exhibitions in Spain and in countries including Italy, Mexico, China, and Venezuela. His work is held by institutions and collections including the Museo de Burgos; the Convent of La Encarnación in Ávila; the Museo de la Farmacia in Madrid; the Church of the Assumption in Torrelodones; the Military Hospital of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; Torrelodones City Council; institutions in Menorca; and the corporate offices of Seguros La Estrella, Seguros Mapfre, Caja de Galicia, and 4B.
