Pedro Cabrita Reis is a Portuguese artist (Lisbon, Portugal, 1956), whose practice includes painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, and installation. Since the 1980s, he has developed a body of work focused on the relationship between space, architecture, memory, and experience, using simple materials and elements drawn from the language of construction.

His practice is known for austere-looking structures, assemblages, found objects, light, wood, glass, metal, and references to domestic or architectural space. Through these works, Cabrita Reis builds associations between presence and absence, construction and ruin, material and meaning, with a poetic and conceptual dimension.

His work is part of collections such as the Museo Reina Sofía, Museu de Serralves, the Banco de España Collection, and the ABANCA Art Collection. He has taken part in Documenta IX in Kassel in 1992, Documenta XIV in 2017, the São Paulo Biennial in 1994 and 1998, and the Venice Biennale in 1997, 2003, 2013, and 2022.
