Ana Sánchez was born in Salamanca, Spain, in 1964 and currently lives and works in Madrid. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid and has developed a highly relevant artistic career. Ana Sánchez's work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in places such as Madrid, Vitoria, Barcelona, Paris, Malta, and Belgium, among others. Furthermore, her work has been awarded various scholarships and prizes, such as the Painting Scholarship from the Spanish Academy in Rome in 1999 and the Casa Velázquez Scholarship in Madrid in 2000.
