Hermine Demirtshyan nació en Yerevan,Armenia.Se desenvolvió en un entorno artístico y empezó a pintar desde los 6 años en el estudio de su tío Aram Macharyan reconocido pintor armenio. Restauró miniaturas antiguas en el museo nacional de Yerevan; pintó murales en Stepanavan e hizo animaciones en Armen Film Studios. En 1999 se mudó a México en donde aprendió técnicas nuevas y definió su estilo mezclando las dos culturas.
