Ignacio Guelbenzu was born in Tudela, Navarre, in 1955. From the ages of six to eight, he studied drawing and statuary at the School of Arts and Crafts in Corella, Navarre, and later studied Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters in Barcelona. He studied at the University of Florence and has developed a variety of painting and artistic activities in Italy. He contributes to various literary and artistic publications and works in interior design and advertising. He has lived in Zaragoza since 1980.
