Juan del Junco is a Spanish artist born in Jerez de la Frontera in 1972. His work focuses on sculpture, installation, and drawing. His work is characterized by the use of diverse materials such as wood, metal, glass, and stone, which he manipulates and transforms into complex and abstract forms. Since his beginnings in the art world, Juan del Junco has been recognized for his ability to create works that generate a unique aesthetic experience in the viewer. His pieces are the result of rigorous research into form, space, and movement, and their interaction with the environment that surrounds them. The artist has been inspired by different elements for the creation of his works, from nature to geometry and architecture, and in them one can appreciate references to both minimalism and conceptual art.
