Dabao (Shandong, China, 1975) lives and works in Beijing. He studied architecture and painting professionally between 1992 and 1998. In 1998, he founded Dabao Design Studio. In 2003, he settled in the Songzhuang artist community. Since 2010, his work has been characterized by the use of sand painting on canvas, as well as by a continuous reflection based on his vision of the domestic and the sacred.
