Rafael Bartolozzi was a Spanish artist (Pamplona, Spain, 1943–Tarragona, Spain, 2009), linked to the revival of figuration and to Pop Art in Spain. He moved to Barcelona in the 1960s, where he studied at the Sant Jordi School of Fine Arts and at the School of Mural Painting in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

His work developed across painting, sculpture, mural painting, and other artistic intervention projects. In his early years, he was interested in the abstraction of artists such as Manolo Millares, Antonio Saura, and Antoni Tàpies, although he soon turned his work toward a Pop-style figuration, marked by color, irony, imagination, and the transformation of the image.

His work is part of collections such as the Museo Reina Sofía, Museo de Navarra, and Fundació Suñol. He presented exhibitions in institutions such as Museo de Navarra and Museo de Arte Moderno de Tarragona. His awards include the Grand Prize at the 10th International Biennial of Sport in Fine Arts, received in 1992.
